I am very sorry. My wife fell sick at the last moment and I had to drive to Trichy and then return. Sorry for not having informed you all earlier.

Its time to start planning for our Dinner Meet.
1st May being a holiday for most of us , a Dinner Meet would be apt to get respite from heat and indulge in some good food.

Hi Hillram sir,

I am interested but as of now, cannot give you a proper confirmation if i can make it or not. But mostly, i'll let you know a week before May 1st.
So i guess, i am on the tentative list as of now. (Gotta check if i can take the 2nd of May off).

But I could suggest a place - Try 'Chindia' (also called Georgio) at Besant Nagar, opp. Nilgiris. It belongs to my company, so I could get us a discount.
Food is good Veg/Non-veg, but no drinks.

Hi. I'm also from Chennai and have been part of TBHP for a few weeks now. Would love to meet you guys. Pls put me on the tentative list.

Are we looking at locations only on OMR/ECR?. There is a superb restaurant "door no 27" just opposite to Ega theatre on the PH road. Food is really nice with a nice ambience and can seat 70.
Also is this only by invitation?.

Hi. There is nothing like a formal invitation to Team BHP Meets. Every confirms their participation early, so that we can do a better planning in arranging a meet.

Not by invitation Thiaga, its for all c-bhpians. Incase you feel like attending a meet, do it by all means. Last lunch meet had a poor turnout as many of our members had committments. But i can tell you one thing. Those who made it enjoyed it. Its like one of those get-togethers on weekends with friends. I can tell you i already made a few from last meet.
(Thank you Hillram sir, SJ Cherian sir, Jayanth sir, Siddharth sir for making my first meet a memorable one!)
