I think that is exactly what I have done here. Moreover, a couple of days ago I had already requested that my name be moved to the tentative list. But it is sad that the others who had confirmed to attend the meet did not turn up.

Guys, No offense, but thats the way the Tbhp meets have been - Be it track-day, travelling outside or a city meet, one hardly gets 10% of the numbers the thread confirms.

Its time to change the mindset. Just look at how Hyderabad and Bangalore Team Bhpians work out meets in huge numbers.

Though I might be very young and new to the family, I appreciate everyone's effort who were able to make it up for the meet on Sunday. I would ensure that whatever be the priorities, I will surely turn up for the next Chennai meet which would be my first Team BHP meet. My humble request to seniors and friends would be to plan up a meet preferably on a Saturday. Having it on Sunday becomes a little difficult to handle the family. They dont obey and listen to me as my car does.

Since we have just met, i suggest we give 3-4 weeks gap for the next meet, which will be a dinner meet.
Im proposing 20th or 27th April for Dinner meet. Since we have 2 dates , we can choose one date based on majority of confirmations for that particular date.

I am not sure, but isn't nitrous in the UK ? While I would love to join the meets, I am not in Chennai during the weekends, which is when the meets happen.

Why not 1st May which should be a holiday for most folks ? And since it falls mid-week, possibility of taking a long weekend is less and most people should be in town to make it to the meet.

@Arvind6488 : I was the youngest lad in the meet, unless Jayant, Sushil, Siddharth or Ram sir claim to be youths as well (I shalt not oppose their claims by any means )
