The meet did happen

Regulars would understand the significance of this statement !

I was at the Murugan Idli shop at around 8:00am...met neoranjit, hillram, SedatedDrive, fiesta_21, h14, J.Ravi and others (sorry , dont remember all names/handles)
ph03n!x joined us as we were having breakfast at Murugan Idli Shop.

Then we went to the other end of the Elliot's beach road for the photo-shoot. Some pics from my camera (FZ-100) :

The first Team BHP meet for me in Chennai, since i have been in this city for last 4 months and an ideal time to usher summer.
This was an impromptu meet planned with just 4 days in advance by myself and SedatedDrive (Madhu) and it was a total success.I enjoyed meeting Team Bhpians of Chennai (some of them are my colleagues at work), for their warm welcoming nature and also admire their punctuality.
By desdignated time of 8am, 95% of Team Bhpians turned up and off we all headed to Murugan Idli Shop for a "Green Breakfast" (served on Banana Leaf). A quick round of Murugan idlis,dosas,bajji was served and we gulped and thulped finishing off with Filter coffee...I learnt few nuances of coffee drinking for our senior member Ravi J.

Post breakfast we headed to Elliot's Beach for a quick photoshoot as the sun was beginning to warm up.Our cars and bikes lined up,it was a jolly time to click photos and later hear stories,discussions about each of the car.
A bullet rider (non-Bhpian) on a RE Classic 350 and Bhpian (Fiesta 21) on Pulsar 200NS were the Bike riders to the meet.

Slowly SedatedDrive crept behind my Uno with Hithereitsme on the wheel, as they both took out a test drive in my Uno.They made a tall claim of touching 180kmph on my Uno,when i realised the trick in this.
This was followed by a test drive in h14's Palio Stile.
Finally we shook hands to bid farewell to meet back soon....next month and plans are now afloor to have a :
1.Chennai - Bangalore Meet at Yelagiri / Ambur (Similar one being readied by Team BHPians of Hyderabad and Banglore now)

2.Chennai City Night meet

This is my 6th anniversary with Team BHP.I originally belong to Hyderabad Team BHP (My Team BHP Tee reads it loud and clear) on work in Chennai.

Guys, it was a great trip and thanks to Hillram and Sedated Drive for organising. I so happy that I got to drive a Fiat UNO today, a dream come true.

Guys, did anyone feel any discomfort after the breakfast ?

I had an uneasy feeling in the stomach after the breakfast, and in fact, could not have lunch today. I am trying to figure out the reason, and just want to make sure that the breakfast was not the cause. So, please pitch in and let me know if anyone else also felt the same.

I had idlies and vada washed down by coffee. I am perfectly alright till now.

Thanks for the replies , guys ! Guess it is something else then. Feeling somewhat better now after... ummm... a couple of stomach flushes !
