Yes, weekends will be crowded. Friday evening should be good.

This friday being a Holiday (Good Friday) and the sun scorthing Chennai every day, I would say with confidence that even on this friday evening Marina will be FULLY PACKED.

I went there only a couple of days ago, for a family lunch. Some comments:

--- It's busy, you have to book.

--- It's interesting, nice ambience, nice place to be. It is a farm; you can take a walk and see the animals

--- The food is good, but... the way it is served took me aback a little. O ordered chicken (which was huge and delicious) but I got... just chicken. Neither the English idea of veg nor the Indian idea of curries seemed to be there.

--- Situation is south of Sholinganalur, just past Sathyabama University, just off OMR. There is plenty of parking, because it is a side lane, and there is nothing else there!

With the confusions prevailing between Farm, Beach, City & Sushi, I doubt if the meet will happen!!! Decide upon something & post it here finally, will keep watching until then.

Sethil, I would prefer BQN anytime buddy. Parking wont be a problem because of the park area. Geeting a booking there during the weekend will be a major problem. We wont know the exact number of turnouts either.
