Can you help pay for the credit card too?

I would prefer a date post of 20th or 22nd of this month so that I have my car in a safe and proper condition again for the drive. so the 01 weekend seems nice.

I'm in for the 01 weekend. I think that is the best time. We don't want to do another trip too soon or we will be having the same discussion next month again.

The venue will most probably be the Green meadows @ Palavakkam.

Lets not do the ECR route. It's too much of chore to drive through the traffic and then stop exactly where the real road begins.

Sir, you could suggest any place where we can comfortably park all our cars and have the meet in peace!! And BTW, Green Meadows does not have breakfast or anything unless someone ORGANIZES it.

Bala, I did not get the second part

BTW, how about a drive to tirupati and back - just a drive - uphill - downhill and back same day

I know few of them in Annanagar, my memory is blurred to indicate one outside this locality..
Anjappar -Good starters, veg & non-veg, I guess chettinadu style
Kumaragom - sea food, kerela style
Dhaba Express - Punjabi food, roti, good dal, tandoori items
Dynasty, Shansi - Chinese
Vasantha Bhavan, Saravana Bhavan -Friendly veg

No bhavan meets too. Sounds too corky to sit around in a noisy (cling clang clang of the tumblers falling etc) crowded restaurant to eat pongal vadai. We can have a dinner buffet meets in any of the many fine restaurants in the city.

How many bhavan meets have you attended ?

It is not the way you describe at all, far from it. OK, you don't like such meets, fine. But is it necessary to be dismissive about them? All of us who attended the Vasantha Bhavan meet enjoyed it very much.

Mast Kalandar , M G Road, Shastri nagar. ( Above the SBI )

Excellent Northy food, VEG only though. I just love the place, food is great, price is just right and ambience is good.
