The much awaited
overnighter (all stag-get-together) of all BHPians living in and around Kolkata and in other parts of Bengal is on.
Based on the overwhelmingly response of our last overnighter to Biharinath, this time we have chosen
Mili Resort in
Mukutmanipur, Bankura. Let's make it bigger this year!

We shall start early and after having breakfast follow our route via
KGP-Beliatore-Sarenga-Khatra. After reaching the resort, we will have lunch, followed by Hi-Tea, Evening snacks, music adda and followed by dinner.
Next day we will have breakfast and leave for kolkata. Lunch on the way.
The menu:
The cost :Rs 5000 (approx) on twin share basis. We will collect Rs. 2000 as an advance and the rest after actual calculation of cost.
We need to confirm the number of heads by 27th APRIL 2025 to the venue. Therefore please confirm your participation by paying the
advance amount of Rs. 2000 as soon as possible, latest by
27th APRIL 2025.

I wish I could go. But unfortunately, my college semester exams are starting from that week. Anyways do post the pics of the gathering. And also please mention the dates of the next gathering:thumbs up
With me, having moved out of Kolkata in 2022, I really miss these 'meets cum adda' sessions. Was a regular for these kinds of trips but alas - blame it on fate. Please do share pics which shall make me live though the moment digitally - have fun, drive safe, Godspeed!!

Just a friendly reminder that the last date for confirmations is 27th April 2025.
While there seems to be sufficient availability of rooms at the resort at present, that can change at any time, hence please confirm your spot by paying the advance at the earliest, as that will also make it easier for us to calculate the number of rooms required and speak with the resort accordingly.
I know that this may not go down well with some people and is a bit of flogging a dead horse, but it needs to be said. At the time of the picnic earlier this year we had made a payment commitment to the venue based on a committed number of heads, but not collected money in advance from everyone who confirmed. One BHPian backed out at the last moment and made no payment despite giving multiple assurances on both his presence and payment, and unfortunately his share of the cost still had to be paid to the venue. Once bitten and twice shy. We will only consider a confirmation if the advance is paid.
