Hello everyone

Can the coordinators please tell me the time for meet up at Gulshan Dhaba, Murthal for Lunch on 21st January, 2024 as I will be coming from Ambala, so I just wanted a clear idea on the time aspect.
Also as this is my first meet up of Team-BHP I would like to know whether there is any Whatsapp group for coordination regarding such meets?

Sir, Tomorrow is Saturday ie one day before the meet. For me this shall be the first meet with the NCR team. It would have been really convenient if the meeting point and time was intimated in advance enabling me to plan the day. At Kolkata, the meets were always 'breakfast meets', time and location of meet was shared well in advance. We all met at a toll, had a cuppa tea and then drove together to the pre-decided breakfast joint. Anyway, since I shall be joining, starting from Dwarka, it shall be nice if the names / numbers of the coordinators are shared at the earliest please - thanks

Hi, I am also from Dwarka. Probably we can start together and make a procession of cars with anybody else from Dwarka, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri etc. My mobile is 9810496838. Lets connect to decide the time and a common meeting point.

This is my first time to join any team-BHP event. So, bit unsure of the event format, the formalities, activities, what I am supposed to do, what to expect etc. So far I only know that the time to reach Gulshan Dhaba is 1.30pm and we will have lunch there. Any lights beyond this from anybody will really help this newbie. Thanks in advance.

Following is the plan and would update forum as well with starting points and meet coordinators for tomorrow,

Plan is to reach Gulshan Dhaba at 1.30,

Starting point assembly should ideally start from their points by 12 noon,

For Delhi we shall be having each zone - North ,east ,west and south as starting points,

People from Noida & Greater Noida can prefer route for Eastern Peripheral,

Gurgoan members to reach directly at Venue,

From 1.30 on wards we shall be having following program

1. Gathering at Venue - 1.30
2. Photoshoot of members with family - 1.30 to 2.15 pm,
3. Lunch - 2.15 to 3.15 pm
4. Introduction Round - 3.15 to 4.15 pm
5. Checking out each other's ride - 4.15 to 5.15

Finally moving back and waiting for next week to continue,

Posting the update with meet coordinator and points in few hours,

Thanks ALTIMAed, let us start from Dwarka at 11.15 as it is showing about 2hrs in Gmap to reach Gulshan Dhaba, keeping 15mins buffer. Meet at the beginning of Dabri-Dwarka road, opposite the CNG pump. The road is very wide there, ideal for parking and waiting.

If anybody else from Dwarka (or this part of the city), may pls join us there at 11.15am tomorrow.

If anybody from Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar areas, you may pls join our convoy (of two unique cars as of now, MG Comet and Jimny) and we all can enjoy going toether . We can meet somewhere on Outer Ring Road.

One humble submission. 12noon may be late to reach there by 1.30pm, from some parts of Delhi NCR. E.g. the traveling time from Dwarka is showing ~2hr on gmap now. It may be little faster tomorrow, being a Sunday. And we have to keep some buffer time in hands, so, depending on where you are starting from, it may be better to target 11.15-45am to start at from the meeting points.

This is also my first time to join any team-BHP meet. Though unsure because of possible work, but if I decide to join I will also be starting from Dwarka.
