I spoke to Parkfield Resotel and they would prefer a fixed number and is quite pricey too for buffet breakfast at 500+ INR. Due to a lesser number of restaurants on this route, I suggest we go for a detour approach through Kolar. Kolar has Woody's which is a well established name on this highway and is a much better bet. As posted earlier, the initial meeting point remains 6.30 AM at the KR Puram hanging bridge (service road). https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/...d0a9a9d4?hl=en Please complete the entire length of the KR Puram hanging bridge (in the direction towards Kolar) and pull over to the left after the bridge. You should find other BHPians gathering there. The route change: 6.45 AM: Depart towards Kolar along NH4(instead of the old plan of going to Parkfield resotel). In 45 minutes to an hour we should be reaching Kolar Woody's. Service should be quick. - Since it is not known for sure how many are continuing to Horsley, lunch can be had at the APSTDC restaurant on the top of the hill.
