Was a cool and breezy midnight ride.

Here goes the timeline:

7:45pm: Sent PM to libranof1987 with mobile number and meeting point details
9:45pm: last check at TBHP
10:20pm: Start from home
10:40pm: Spotted a Baleno on MG Road with TBHP sticker (wasn't able to recognize him..)
10:47pm: Click snap of bike odo at 1999 kms
10:49pm: Click snap of bike odo at 2000 kms

11:10pm: Stop at Shell Yeshwantpur for full tank
11:23pm: Arrived at NICE exit on Tumkur Road
11:25pm: Saw the May day message. No way that I will turn back and decided to carry on

11:50pm: Arrive at CCD after Dobbaspet
00:01am: Saw some guys celebrating their friend's b'day at CCD. Beautiful moments...
00:15am: Finished gulping my Hot Choco Frappe and started return journey
01:03am: Reached back home

Total distance covered: 120 kms
Total time: 2hrs 40mins
Riding time: 2hrs 5mins (approx)

One learning on this ride => have a perfect fit helmet when riding at high speeds.

Hope to catch up with all you guys at some other time.

WE MISSED THE HD

by just few Mins.

Though a lot did not happen over a coffee something did that's because Hemanth and I were not updated.
I reached home after playing Cricket in off and was tired and did not feel like getting on to the Net. Hemanth on the other side was stuck with Family and never got to check for updates.
We finally started at 11:30 and reached the Toll by 0005 and waited till 0030, we did not find any one there and decided to drive to CCD and wait there with a cup of Coffee.
Finally after 15Mins we saw a Fiesta (sorry I don't recollect the name - it should be Niranjan) enter and thought all have arrived just to know that the whole plan was canceled

that's the reason I told a lot did not happen over a coffee and we drove back after a quick bite if Sizzling Brownie.

The drive was good and we reached home by 2:30am. Hope to meet all next time. HD we missed you.

Extremely sorry you weren't informed. I tried everything to do that; called up everyone hoping to find out your no.

Below is the sequrnce f events showing the difference between how close I coul've been to the HD and by how close a margin I've missed it
My timings are in bold

00:15am: Finished gulping my Hot Choco Frappe and started return journey 01:15 finished my cappuchhino and pumpy_raj's dessert after bhpian niranjan came and gave the news that the meet was cancelled...we left
01:03am: Reached back home 2:00am reached home

Ok so when not a lot happened over a cup of coffee, i got to bed disappointed and as a coincidence I had many bad and silly dreams till i got up an hour ago.

Welcome, good to see there are still folks who like to move here, even though the infra and a few things are quite in a bad state! Hope you have a good stay, we can catch up sometime as my home location is not too far, PM me your number and we can meet up, am assuming your work location is also nearby whitefield?

What started off as an in city drive ended up being an amazing road trip of 600kms. Will let Libran start the travelogue and let the pics do the talking.

It was one hell of a trip and the 3 of us had a great time.
