5 to 5:30 pm seems a good window of time to meet at Panvel McD. Do we also plan with allowances for possible traffic jams on the e-way? Last week there was a 16 car pile up that made travelling very terrible for many.

Hey guys, the Mumbai BHPians are organizing and coordinating the drive together. Anything similar happening on the Pune side? Anyone planning to drive together? I'm leaving from Sinhagad road, anyone in and around that area? Gonna be in an A-star and alone as of now.

Still no response from Mumbai folks on meeting time and venue for both KSM_Vtec's and my post.
Anyway, I'd be there in McDonalds at Panvel at 5 pm sharp and will proceed towards Sunny by 5:30 pm.

As people from Mumbai aren't replying let me take the lead and setup a few meet up points but the Final one being McDs.

15:30 - At the signal just after the end of the Vikhroli Flyover on the Powai-Eastern Express Highway - 19.125013,72.932991
15:30 - At the Kalanagar Signal - 19.0529,72.847456
17:00 - At the McD Kalamboli - 19.023661,73.102512

I think both the teams are head Mankhurd if they would like to. I think 1 hour is more than enough time to reach McD. We will wait 15 mins at both locations and then leave by 15:45 so as to give us some buffer time. I would suggest everyone to PM me your choice of Location and by tonight I will put up a Confirmed List with our Meetup Locations. Do remember to send me your number too. We can also now discuss our Car Pooling options IF anyone desires.

Note 1 - To check locations go to http://maps.google.co.in/, copy and paste the Latitude and Longitude onto the Search Bar.
Note 2 - Once everyone has arrived at McDs, we will have a small discussion of Group Driving. Some might know how to some might now.

I would request everyone to pour in their Confirmations by tonight to we can make proper plans.

as per my new schedule, i will start from baramati at @3pm and will reach to meeting point on katraj-dehuroad bye-pass, then will continue with the group till sunny.
As Jagadlpur ka Raven Avinash may skip the mega-meet, i opted to go directly to sunny via byepass.

Joshi wadewale on bypass, before Indira Institute/ Soul Curry
Point where bypass meets old highway after Dehu road

Ashish bhau, please let me know if Chandni chowk is one of the meeting points. I am out of this meet, but can make it to Chandni chowk for some time to meet up.
