All in all we always had a great meet in the past since we started in 2009, and this is our fifth Mumbai - Pune Mega meet. And I am sure we will have great one this time too. We look forward to see some old and some new faces too. Rest be assured about the deal with Sunny and value you will get. This is going be our third meet at Sunny.

Now that the major decisions have been made, I think this is what we need to do:

1. Fix up the meeting points if we are to travel in convoys (Mumbai guys have already identified the McDonald's?)
2. Fix up the timings and the members who will assemble at a given point
3. Circulate the mobile numbers around (through PM, no posting the numbers here) and appoint a coordinator (or two) for each convoy. I remember Dan along with Kaushik and a few others did a splendid job of keeping the whole convoy together during our drive to Manas, Igatpuri. The coordinator should preferably be a non-driver, or if he is a driver, he should ask his passenger to use the phone for the coordination to avoid driving and phoning/texting
4. Decide who is going to ride with whom
5. Most important: Make these above decisions for the return journey. The enthusiasm is always at the highest before the event. Also the filled up stomachs, the night, the entire week's workload and other factors such as rains may change the moods during the return journey. It's extremely important that the return journey too be safe. It's specially for this reason convoys would be most suitable.

Buffalo is a name given by ebonho, I simply loved it the way he calls my Safari a Buffalo :P

Ashish, I will be glad and why park somewhere, park at my place and we go together. I stay on the way, so no worries. But only one condition, you will have to have coffee at my place before we leave for the meet
