Re: Cancelling XUV700 in favour of the Alcazar Signature Petrol AT

If only the waiting period of XUV700 is a concern, you can book the Scorpio N in a couple of days (27th June) and expect delivery in 3-4 months. A Z6 diesel AT 2WD Scorpio N, with 175 PS power, should definitely cost less than Rs 23 lacs on road.
The Z6 variant also gets 4 airbags and a sunroof. So not a bad deal at all.

Re: Cancelling XUV700 in favour of the Alcazar Signature Petrol AT

XUV700 is a commendable product by an Indian manufacturer . Its one of the few cars that can be considered VFM but the booking algo and waiting times does leave a bad taste. Personally, I would wait for the car. But, if you have urgent requirements you can also look at the Innova . Lately, few of my friends who were waiting for XUV 700 have moved to Innova Crysta. I always had this mental blockage that Innova is a taxi , but after experiencing the cars I feel the Crysta is actually a good family car. Also, if you only want a petrol car you may also wait for the Innova hybrid.
