Insane, awesome bike and looks great in black. I am alarmed to see you have clocked 260kmph on it. Was it on the pune-mum experessway? if yes, what time? As even that road is now quite loaded with traffic. Do drive safe!

OT: What is its FE?

thats guys, feels to have a machine of the 14R's caliber. @straight6, lets hook up & head somewhere, anywhere. Late nights is not a problem at all.

@Robin, let me know if you going for sure. I'm 100% game

260kmph is not tough to reach on this bike. you dont require a long stretch at all. Just a decent one, as she gets to those speeds really quick. Plus 6:30am in the morning, outside mumbai (not expway) old highway has a few good straight stretches

I think he knows the meaning of 'FE' and was asking about the Ninja's FE.
mobike008- that is a wicked question.

Not a bad thing to call me on the champ's birthday, but Robin's just left for a better place somwhere up there.
You should search for rtech on the forum though, his posts would be quite helpful to most riders.
This thread of his is a favourite amongst many here, http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/everyt...ike-india.html

With the current fuel prices of 60 bucks for a liter of speed, i certainly would :P
It surely makes a difference if a bike yields 20 kmpl to a mere 10 kmpl.

The name's ma(n)son- the 'n' is silent.
Also known as 'Mulmul Meeto' when he hits the dance floor.
(for more info, please check 'Mumbai meet at Pritam on the 21st' report in events and meets section.)
Sorry ma(n)son sir- just couldn't control.

Hope you have also (seriously) upgraded your lid, boots, leathers and bought some regulation body armor!

and no street racing!

I dont think it bothers me that my hyperbike is giving me 10 or 13kmpl. Its not for daily use, so really doesnt bother me. even my Rd gives 15kmpl & my mod one gives 6. none are for daily use, so doesnt really concern me. dont know about the rest.

@straight, i found out. Its not the same one which was there for the speedrun. That was someone else's. Thank god Cheers!

Add microns to it & u got a Monster in hand.

No trying to take the light away from busa, in India, no one is in any case going to touch 325kmph. So the 14R & Busa for sure are killer machines to own.
Cheers

Congrats. That's a steed to beat them all. Looks familiar, though- my riding buddy sold his just weeks ago to Mumbai, and even if my memory isn't what it used to be, I'm pretty certain he rode Microns. If it is the same bike, he treated her with love, so you've nothing to worry about.

Your gain is MY loss: I was proffered a ride and warned she was leaving, but work etc kept me from keeping the appointment, so there goes what probably was my last chance EVER of riding such a swell beast. SIGH.

Ride safe, Sir.
