Is CBR 650R really a sports tourer? I mean the bike is pretty committed for a sports tourer. Sure, it's not RC 390 committed but it's still a committed position in my opinion. I'd say the CBR 650 F is more relaxed. Even if we consider CBR 650 R(and get a handle bar riser), do we have any other sports tourers with 4-cylinder engines in the 600 cc category?

I'm that guy who loves the smooth power delivery of 4 cylinders.
