no Nitin, you are not imagining it. the busa has a headlight visor ( i think thats what its called). its protective covering for the headlight and it comes in different colours.

Yup. We also thought that flames would suit it nicely. So got a paintjob done from Ludhiana only since we have very good quality painters locally.. Check out the finish in the pics.

wow scaryskulls that is a real neat transformation. the paintjob is very neat and you do have some good quality painters there. the earlier picture i was so tied up looking at the busa i forgot about the shadow in the background and here too i nearly missed out on th yamaha yzf 750 or a 1000. the whole bike must have been taken apart to paint is. did you'll design it on paper and then mask it on the bike before painting

That's a Limited Edition Fazer600. An old bike actually but mechanicals have been suitably modded some time back with parts from the new age Yamaha's to make it look more chic. Mind blowing acceleration for it's age. Matches 954 easily upto 100mph.

Yes, The the fairings on the Busa had to be taken apart for the paint. Owner designed it on paper himself. I think he got the design perfect in the second drawing only.
And yes, The Fazer was also painted recently.... :-)

Loved the flames on the Busa, though the tank could have been done up a tad better. Thats just my opinion.

the 600 are known to be fast off the starting line and would give a tough fight to a 954 for 100mts and then the 954 power kicks in.

the busa is designed and drawn by hand. wow khodos to your friend for doing a flawless work with the design and ensureing that the work is done according to it. i think i would have to ask him to design one for me when i get a bike .

@ Dhiraj the bike ST3 looks hot and just polished and cleaned. recent purchase i see. the front somehow allways looked disproportionate to the rear. the front fenders are too bulky, but i still like it

@ SS -Nope,not from chohan,Mumbai.

@speedy-yes,its a recent purchase, not even a month old, has only clocked 800kms.He gets it polished regularly. The bike wasnt loud enough,so ive suggested him to get an after market exhaust

P.S-it was featured in Bike Magazine,i guess the Oct issue.

I spotted a red Ducati Monster with Pennsylvania registration today in Kothrud. I was on foot, crossing the road, and the traffic cop was confused about what to do with a bike with US registration.
He called up a fellow cop ahead to "deal" with him then.
