In your previous post you mentioned that you did the servicing at Aurum Kawasaki. Did you get your ZX 10 R from them? Aurum is new to the scene and run a good shop + service. I think they have been around since 2017.

Can't say the same for the other dealer at Naraina. Had given my previous Ninja 1000 for servicing there - they dropped it on another parked bike, dented the tank and handed back the bike to me. Told me to claim from insurance. The service manager there had a really bad attitude and was later fired for pilfering and theft.

Got both my bikes from aurrum never used kawasaki naraina service so can not comment, most people have been more then satisfied with aurum kawasaki, have seen people on the kawasaki group in bangalore recieve attrocious bills at ridevntur! Compared to ducati or bmw kawasaki service beats both hands down witnout a doubt period! Having 2 dealers in a city is a blessing as there isnt any monoply.

Got to see the bike today in flesh during our morning ride. Looks are very disappointing, I thought maybe it will look better in real life, but unfortunately it is missing the X factor.

The front obviously is nothing to write about as it is borderline horrendous, the side profile looks extremely mediocre too. Wherein I have no doubt it will be a performance powerhouse, it's a huge letdown in looks department. Now looks are obviously a personal opinion, but few of my riding buddies echoed the same sentiments as well. Did not wait long enough for the guy to get on road and listen to exhaust note, just did not feel like waiting.

It would have been a long wait as the amount of tech offered one would definitely spend a few minutes going through all the fancy options on offer and setting it up while one bakes under the hot Indian sun.

Also, why are manufacturers not offering a proper fuel gauge anymore its not like these bikes are the old Hero Honda's of the day which were fill it, shut it and forget it.

Kawasaki's 10R decal team seems to be made up of some kids who are provided a new pack of crayons and asked to come up with a colourful outcome.

I quite like the way the NA spec black one looks in pics. Felt that the Indian/ROW one was overdone. Always wondered how it'd look if the cheesy white bits are removed and the excessive green bits are wrapped in black. I decided to GIMP up the pic in a quick and dirty way to get an answer for myself.





Looks much better I feel. If I were to buy one, I'd probably get it done right out of the showroom.

North America gets a new colour scheme for 2022 non-KRT ZX-10R replacing the full black one. The KRT edition remains unchanged.

Now UK spec 2022 ZX-10R has been unveiled. KRT is same as before.
The 2021 black has been replaced with Metallic Diablo Black / Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Grey. Will be available in UK from Feb 2022.

This color is what we would most likely get in India too.

Kawasaki India has launched the 2022 Ninja ZX-10R at a starting price of Rs 15.14 lakh.

Available in two colours - Lime green and Metallic Diablo Black. Deliveries will start from January 2022

Thank you!! Have hardly clocked 250 kms on the bike as of now. Will surely update on the pros and cons in sometime. Stock tyres are Bridgestone Batallax RS10 which are racing street tyres. Front calipers are M50 from Brembo!!
