Excellent pics! How did she cope up with the wind blasts at such high speeds over the long run?

She is currently using a half face helmet, and that takes care of most of the wind blast, and the high speed blasts are only for a short while, rest of the time we were in the 90-110 kmph zone, where the wind blast is not an issue at all

Re: Triumph Street Triple: Ownership Review

Hifisharu,
Thats an awesome ride you got there!

I recently rode the bike and found the rear brake lever a little high. Did you need to get it adjusted? I found that keeping my foot floating above the pedal cause a sore ankle after a while.

Also, has the clutch become lighter with use? A ride in heavy traffic on Residency road, Bangalore recently left me concerned.

It may also be that after riding a Royal Enfield for very long, I am not used to the riding position and weight on the wrists, which aggravated the issue that time.

Exact same feeling after taking a back to back test rides of Bonneville and Street Tripple. Riding position was not comfortable and as you mentioned the weight of the bike falls on wrist due to that position.

I think its the Bullet that we have to blame for spoiling our choice of bike erogonomics.

I found Bonneville much more comfortable so settled for it !!!

Congratulations mobike008!
Booked or taken delivery? because yesterday I found out they hiked the price by 3%.

Please post your experience with the Bonneville soon. Given the 8month wait for the Iron in Bangalore, I may need to consider that one

Hey Udainxs, regrading the brake lever, I haven't faced any issue, but yes it is adjustable. Also, yes the clutch does get softer with usage, and even your hands get used to the clutch

Re: Triumph Street Triple: Ownership Review

Yup Abhinav, correctly guessed. The photos were taken on the Link road stretch, as it has the least traffic and good scenery. On a another note, Nice road is not nice at all anymore. Too much heavy vehicle traffic, very bumpy tarmac and people drive like there's no tomorrow
