Spotted a black Mercedes SL500 on Bannerghatta Road yesterday, near Meenakshi Mall. Left before I could take a picture. Haven't seen this car before. It was previous generation pre-facelift, so two round headlights.

I like the guy! And drives his cars the way they should be driven.

Right on point there mate, but, the roof on his present 458 is a paint by 3M, not a wrap. And his present 458 had Capristo exhausts and not Fi or F1 exhausts. Now his 458 is back on the old iPE, from his old car itself which is now owned by his close friend. His friend's car is now on stock screamers.

And none is of his luxo barges are stock either. His W221 S had Kahn rims and his F02 7er had OZ rims and now his W222 S 500 has Vossens and an AMG kit.

Saw a black Hummer bearing "B DUBAI 78666" registration on the South End road, Jayanagar, yesterday afternoon. The ride was agonising for the driver as fellow motorists swarmed like ants on the Hummer to catch a glimpse and a photo session at the signals.

This was also reported somewhere in this forum a couple of days back.

I spotted(what I believe is) Bangalore's first DC Avanti!

It was a yellow colour Avanti. I was waiting at a junction on Old Airport Road near Manipal Hospital. I glanced into my rear view mirrors and saw this low slung car in them. Couldn't immediately recognize which car it was. The moved a little to the side and saw the grille. Dead giveaway. The Avanti!

I gave him a little space to go forward and then saw him giving it the beans. Not the best exhaust note I have heard. Very muffled note. The car has very good road presence and looks very good from the front and side profiles. The rear, I personally don't like it too much.

Couldn't click a picture thought. Safety first!

I saw a red DC Avanti on Margosa Road, Malleshwaram about 3 weeks ago. Although I'm not sure if its a Bangalore car or a passerby car.
