Yup, you're right. It's a 996 Carrera 4 Cabriolet with the Turbo bumper-kit. I must say, it doesn't gel very well.

I saw this on tuesday in Hyderabad. It was parked in a hotel near an area called as Masab Tank. It has a xBHP sticker too. This looks to be the same one. Is it touring India?

Yes. this car is part of the Grand Indian Roadtrip which has a few bikes and this car, touring India over 45 days.

The one driving the car works for Mercedes in Pune and is a member here (dont recollect his ID but does not post regularly if i am correct).

There are quite a few of them in the city now. They do look stunning. Only wish it wasn't this small. The Evoque should have ideally been one size larger, IMO. By the way, love that two-tone colour option.
