Which Rapide did you spot btw? There are two blue Rapide's in the city. One with PY registration plates and some 9 or 10 spoke wheels and the other has temp MH plates and multi-spoke wheels.

Ah man I don't know. It had temporary registration though. And it was on the move, and was a part of the on-coming traffic. Even before I could reach for my phone, it was a distant spec in my rear view mirror.

Don't remember what alloys it wore. Looked like there were plenty of spokes though. But as I drove by it, I could hear the very muted but thunderous exhaust note. I'm telling you man, that nearly brought tears to my eyes!

I agree and that sound of the V12 surely scares most people in the road even on part throttle.

Yes, that would be it! What a lovely colour too! Doesn't look great in pictures, but in the flesh, it's really something else! Now, all of a sudden, I'm in love with the Rapide! What a car man, what a car! So long, so wide, so low! And the noise, the noise! Still echoes in my head. Very few cars have that effect on me!

Oh, and forgot to mention. Also spotted a silver Jaguar XF opposite Eva Mall on Brigade Road this morning. Bleh.

Yes probably. I always keep a pocket cam with me.

Btw probably you missed out on seeing the white Bentley Supersports convertible that came few minutes before this Bentley GT Speed. The 631bhp monster W12 on the Supersports convertible did produce a certain pleasurable muted growl even though it was being driven sedately.
