Not before 2009, if it's the same car that I've known about since '07. But that could be a different car & could end up not coming to India at all.

Judging by the way the owner changes cars, it would make sense to bring it on a carnet for 6 months then send it back. He'll save a fortune in duty

Check out this RR Phantom

Found this Rolls Royce Phantom at Leela Palace.

Since it has temporary registration number, I did not blur it out.
Please tell me if pictures of this car has previously been posted on this thread.

Ash_vtec,

The "Mitsubishi GTO" was rebadged as the "3000 GT" for export markets.

Since this car is RHD (therefore maybe a direct import from Japan) i think its probably more likely to be badged as a "GTO".

one of them whihc my cousins had was a 3000GT SL convertible.. which was ultra rare.

Wow i had no clue the hardtop was retractable!!

Also, one thing that makes some variants of this car quite potent is the fact that they have good power PLUS 4-wheel drive, which makes the acceleration quite aggressive since it doesnt have the same traction issues a similar output RWD/FWD car would have.
