A very reliable source confirmed to me that Mr R has booked a 599 but the date of arrival is not sure.

Came across this VW on CMH road Indiranagar.

Got inside and found it is a water cooled VW petrol with a neat A/C vents running through the Bus.

What a beauty it was inside, could easily seat 9 adults.

There are a couple of these in Pune, and a few in Bombay too. They are still surprisingly comfortable and practical by modern standards.

the blue nissan was the most humungous thing ive seen... almost wide as h2 but longer!!!!!peace!!

The Nissan Patrol is a 94 with a 4.2l turbo diesel. He has added a snorkel and a ARB bumper.
It is owned by a friend . His brother owns the 350z.

The Patrol is huge and a pain to drive in traffic but a baby on the highway and off road.

The Range Rover is the one which stays near my house. Owner also has a 911S, BMW R1200 and an X-Trail and 2 innovas.

He also has an old Discovery. He has amazing taste for sure. I heard the 911 being revved right outside my house this morning when I was reading the newspaper !!

Sure as hell made my day !!

I also couldnt figure out as to why the he had the merc grille and the hood ornament together.it looks wierd!

dude,i live in 4th block.Almost every morning i see the range rover rip by at around 8 am.I have seen the silver 911s at his house.But never the rr or the other blue carrera s.

That is an exposed air-filter inlet, which is very useful on extreme off-roading condition, on heavy dust & desert drives. Normally its found on diesel model. And you can also see in on various expedtion 4x4s like Merc G-wagon, Land Rovers, Land Cruisers, etc. But I dont think that it has much use in the city, may be due to increasing polution in B'lore city.
