His old R8 was on sale at a dealer's a few days ago, replaced it with a White Range Rover Vogue.

I fail to understand something here. There were only 99 LMXs built and they still have not managed to sell out all considering this design is at the end of it's lifecycle?
P.S: was his previous R8 bought new ?

So Audi pays around 4 crore to endorse a super-star for their brand? That is pretty insane. Dont they also have Salman Khan and Ravi Shastri still as brand representatives? The former only got a RS7. :-)

None of the three are Brand Ambassadors for Audi. Ravi Shastri won his car during a match. Salman was handed the First RS7 and Virat the second LMX of the country. If Salman was fond of sports cars..he could have shown interest in one and he would have been given it.

Is the front grill OEM? Looks quite cheap IMO! And good to hear that he was 'driving well' without using any of the ORVMs...

Its been repainted to red. The car was originally silver.

I'm surprised BMW took this long to give its brand ambassador the i8, well after most customers got theirs. Sachin Joshi got his car before Sachin Tendulkar :p
I saw the car on Saturday. It looks great in white, no other color does justice to this car as much. All the additional aerodynamic highlights that are in blue and Carbon fibre mainly show best on white.
