Supercar tyres are geared for more perfect clean roads normally. If you witness recent F40 crashes, it points to traction loss but most probably due to old tyres and sudden acceleration leading to a loss in traction.
This particular strech of the sea port airport road is unfinished 4 lane concrete road - non Ashpalt. The concrete marking left open between lanes is pretty dangerous. Good that no one got hurt.

When seaport airport road was planned there was a delay in acquiring Naval Armament Depot (NAD) and HMT's land. So this temporary (may be 10 years back) 4 lane set up was made in concrete to connect sea port airport to NH47 4 lane.

I’ve driven on those roads several times, and my god, they are a nightmare for two-wheelers. The roads are broken and uneven—I’ve almost experienced several tank slappers due to their horrendous condition. If your car’s suspension is on the stiffer side, you will definitely feel every undulation in the road.
