Spotted this Toyota Coaster bus in Bangalore. It has been sitting in the same spot from the past week now. Curious to see the "applied for" CD number plate. Wondering if it is some sort of fake?

If I'm not wrong, though, this is an honorary consul, so not necessarily the consulate. So, strictly speaking, they aren't diplomats but private individuals with connections who can open doors to business and other opportunities in different countries by virtue of which they get to enjoy certain perks.

That said, using a Skoda while being an honorary consul of the Czech Republic is very apt.
