The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is a very beautiful supercar! Thank you for sharing these pictures Akshat

OT: Are those kids playing cricket next to it?!? Can't imagine how the owner would feel if the car gets dented by a rogue cricket ball, or even worse something breaks.

Got a few more mate. Will post in a while
And yep those kids are playing cricket there. Amusing how the F12 fails to distract them. As much as I like the F12, clearly, it lacks the visual drama of an Aventador

I couldn't agree with you more! It has always been Lamborghini over Ferrari for me. I still remember the days of drooling over the Diablo. And I was cursing myself for not making it to the Auto Show this weekend because of the Gallardo Superleggera being there, but I couldn't care too much about the California. The F12 is no doubt beautiful, but when it comes to pure sex appeal, the Aventador just trumps it for me

Posting some pictures of a Black Audi S4 spotted sometime ago. Was just too lazy to post the pictures when I clicked them. Loved the rims, and that V6 exhaust note was pretty glorious too

Re: Supercars & Imports : Hyderabad

Spotted this RR Phantom about a week back around Taj Krishna. Seems to have been an event as I could spot multiple other exotics as well - 1 more Phantom, 1 RR Ghost, 1 Red Bentley Continental, 1 Dark Bluish shade Mulsanne

Re: Supercars & Imports : Hyderabad

@Sree_Ganesh

If you're a spotter you'd ideally want to go to such places for snaps as that's where industrialists and industry conferences take place, so you'll see a good chunk of exotics there.

As far as the white phantom is concerned I really hope it's replaced, it's been used just way too much. The owner's company is prepping for an IPO soon and hopefully there's a trickle down effect .

Re: Supercars & Imports : Hyderabad

Some cars spotted recently. Sorry about the clarity of the BMW M5 pictures, they were taken in a parking lot, and there was too much dust in the air. Looks like he's taken a hit on the rear bumper, but on the bright side, judging from the state of the tires, it looks like he's using it as a daily driver

Is it only me or the stock exhaust tips on the M5 look anorexic? BMW could've done with meatier ones!

One of its kind in India!!! aquaplane to blame

Porsche 911 Turbo, previously owned by Poonawala, broken into two and burnt to ground in a accident

Re: Supercars & Imports : Hyderabad

@mayank

What do you mean "one of its kind " ? I'm pretty sure there are other 911 Turbos in India, or did you mean something else.

I'm glad to hear the driver is safe but rear mounted engine + high speed + wet roads = BIG NO NO. If my knowledge of Porsches serves me right, they are the most dangerous sports cars to drive as they are very easy to lose control of because of the center of gravity. The driver must be pretty solid though, it's been around in one piece for a few years now.

What a way to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the Bentley CFS crash that took place long back on the same stretch of the ORR. I believe the roads were wet then too.

They are as dangerous as any other car, if one does not understand their potential and limits these cars can kill the driver. The turbo with its all wheel system makes it difficult to throw around as one could easily do with the two wheel drive cars. I would not blame the driver at all, what i assume is the patch of water was on the extreme lane and the driver drove through, car pulled to one direction and he did not have time to pull out and the car hit the divider. Its happened to me too a couple of times during monsoon and i keep to the centre lane incase something like this happens, at least i have space to make corrections.

Isn't that what the grooves in the tires are for though ? It's not like this car was on slicks. What kind of puddles are we talking about for aquaplaning to start taking place (considering this chat a mini drivers ed course) by the way ? I've driven in snow and it scared the **** out of me the first time I lost traction and started sliding. Would love to be in control of the car even in rain after that experience.

The water makes the tyre as it would be on ice and the car pulls to the direction that has touched the water patch. We are not talking at speeds below 60..but above it. As you had the experience of snow..and know how the car pulls and slides away, that the same thing the porsche owner experienced. Its simple you know what you have to do to correct the vehicle and stabilise it, not everyone knows what to do.

I have raced in finland on snow and ice, i also did my porsche courses of level 1 and 2 of the total 4 at Rovaniemi. Next year i would be doing 3 and 4 to get my full all tracks racing license.
