I just don't understand how and why people end up spending about Rs.55lac for a 1.8L engined car! Just for the 2-door sporty look?! Posers...

I've seen this SLK a lot of times near Touch.

I wud prefer the SLK 350's 3.5 l engine even if i had to pay 15-20 lacs more over an SLK 200.But wud you consider it over a Boxter S??

Although it has a dull engine note, it is supposed to be better balanced compared to a 350

Had been to Hyderabad last week. Guess what I saw there?
A brand new Bentley Brooklands waiting to get registered at the RTO. Was looking so stately and grand!
I did manage to click a few pics through my camera phone, but they are crappy.

It's probably Vijay Reddy's, the DC newspaper owner. He has every car from Bentley, even the Azure. The man's got a drophead coupe of RR too. So you can imagine what all cars he might have.

The Bentley Brooklands deserves better and bigger pics. Please post if you have them. The Brooklands looks like a very stately and royal coupe. Also love the engine nomenclature they use... 6 3/4 Litre instead of the 6.75L used on the previous Bentley's.

The plates on the red SLK are sooooo tacky !
Although it's the flavor of the month since James bond released yesterday. But I'd be embarrassed to be running on such plates the year round.

Sorry, but I dont have bigger or better pics than these. Blame it on my sad phone camera. And oh yeah, was gonna mention the 6 3/4 Litre nomenclature. Saw it when the RTO inspector was tracing the chassis number.
