Hi Bivin, no the Fiat didn't have any REG plates on it. Are 500's available with a petrol engine?..I am aware that the Fiat uses the awesome 'MultiJet' for its diesel engine..

No. Fiat sold the 500 in India in limited numbers and all of them were powered by the MJD. No petrol motors were offered.

now thats a piece of info i had no clue of !! why hasnt fiat introduced the petrol version in india?? if a person can afford to pay nearly 15lakhs for hatch, he can surely afford the petrol bills rite?

P.S: is the mjd engine in the 500 the same as the one in the grande punto/swift/indica??

I read a news in sify that simbu got an new BMW X-6 and the report say he is the first to buy X-6 in TN. can any one confirm this.

i dont know if it belongs to simbu, but i saw a white X6 about a month ago near ega theatre. didnt catch the registration plates so im not sure if it was TNs first..
