Spotted a RR Phantom today morning opposite to Taj Coromandal. Is was dark black/blue in color. Couldnt take a snap as I driving in the opposite direction.

@xtremeshock - please ask your friend to write a short note on how he gets his low GC RS5 around speed bumps and poor roads. You can post it on this thread. I would love to learn from him and manage my Linea T in Chennai's poor roads.

Yeah. Missed the opportunity. I have seen the Phantom in flesh only twice and still the size amazes me. Hope to spot it again.
BTW - What colour is the Phantom owned by India Cements ? 6th April was the first match for CSK in this IPL in Chennai, so was wondering if it was from that group

I will ask him to give his feedback on the ground clearance.
From what I have seen and noticed: He bought this car over the R8 because it is much more practical and the ground clearance is also better. He generally drives very slow over speed breakers and if the speed breaker is too big he goes diagonally across.
He has complete control of the car and understands its dimensions and limitations very well, which allows him to take it to places we normally would not. I like the way he carves his way in the traffic, I could barely keep up with him in my Rapid.
This car is his daily drive and he uses his Q7 occasionally clap:
Have been seeing two RRs (one black, other white) parked in the BMW showroom next to the airport, for the last two days. Unfortunately, there was not enough light to take pics. The black one was parked to the left of the showroom building, right next to the gate. Saw the other one to the right of the showroom building (workshop I think). Let me try to take pics tonight.

Their car is a brownish maroon colour. There's a photograph in an older page of this thread. There's also a video on Youtube. Don't know what RR calls that shade. But the car hasn't been seen for quite some time.
You should visit Jhaver Plaza, Nungambakkam on Saturdays. Black RR Phantom.

No offense meant to anyone that worked on this car, but I don't know what they were thinking when they put this color on a car like this.
Why someone would do that to such a lovely looking car is beyond me :Frustrati
