1) India Cements - 1 (not sure if they are still keeping it)
2) Kalpathi - 3 EWBs
3) Obul Reddy's son's - 1
4) The new silver

6 in total. Wishing more EWBs are added

There was an article in the Times of India Chennai yesterday on imported cars registered in TN. Most RTO officials are unaware of the various models of cars being registered in their offices. The reporter is poorly informed too and it is evident he scrimped on research time.

Two interesting facts -

1) Unnamed RTO official says '"Only 10 people have Rolls-Royce cars in the state, including the Phantom, Ghost and Spur,"

2) Among 898 imported vehicles registered in this state since 2007 there was one TVS 50 and one tipper trailer too

10 is inaccurate wouldnt you say? There must be atleast 10 in chennai itself. I have seen many Rolls Royces in Coimbatore and Madurai also collectively.

I think there's an RX330 next to the Lexus LS500h. Hummer, Range Rover and Maserati were kept in another house.

Grossly inaccurate. As I said, the article is half hearted attempt by the reporter but has given proof of the incompetence of our RTOs.

@neoranjit - great spotting. Saw him on TTK Road just after Benjarong cutting in between the auto and the red plastic traffic grader. The speed wasn't suprising he being the one who dragged his Bentley CGT against the Rapide at the track event. He also happens to be the owner of Chennai's first XF (picture posted a few posts back).
