Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) sold it here in India during 2008 for around 21 lakhs. They managed to sell only about 60 cars as per a press release and hence they offered a discount of 8 lakhs. Not sure how much effect that had on the sales.

Spotted a Fiat 500 on Nelson Manickam road, right now!

It was right in front of me, the traffic was heavy so, could manage only to picture the rear!

An M5 (F10) has already been sold in Chennai.

Another one will hit the streets in 8 to 10 weeks ( it has just been ordered )

Is it the Monte Carlo Blue M5 ? I saw it on Sunday on TTK Road . Couldn't take any photos as I was driving . It looks beautiful , driven quite sedately too !

Grey colour right?Yes it is parked in my office complex in numgambakkam for last few months ,it is a left hand drive

No, This one had a Right Hand drive.
It isn't a grey one, it's white.

I've seen a couple of Civic Hybrids ( Grey and White ) . If the one you saw was a RHD its no big deal . It was available from the showroom for a short while . Exorbitantly priced though .

Nope, this one wasn't a RHD.
It had a sticker saying "LEFT HAND DRIVE".
It was much shorter than the regular civic and the ground clearance too wasn't that much.
More over , the Civic Hybrid that was in sale here was just like the regular Civic in India. This one was different, it had sleeker headlamps and sharper tail lights.

The Indian Civic hybrid would have passed along like just another Civic until you notice the wheels. But, this one caught my attention.
It must have been imported by some returning NRI.

That car has been here for quite some time.

Spotted a blue M5 couple of weeks back on the thoraipakkam - pallikaranai highway. Was looking absolutely fantastic. Was driving along with him till the entire stretch. Gives some space in the front for the cars to clear and floors the pedal and whoosh he is gone and slows down after some time. Was doing this repeatedly.The car had a private TN registration. Couldnt click the pics as i was driving and my mobile was inside the glove box.

Hello everyone. A bit new to team bhp, live in Chennai. I was in the BMW showroom the other day for the launch party for the new 3 series and the monte carlo M5 in question with HR plates was in fact there. I was able to get in and rev the engine, its a complete beast. Heres a photo of it. II will put up a review of my new 3 in a couple days, when I get it!

I spotted one near Adyar as well! Was looking majestic in that blue.

M5 does not have angel eyes? I didn't notice the famous BMW angel eyes in the headlamp.

The M5 does have the angel eyes. However my Iphone 4S lens with the bright xenon lights seem to interfere so it just looks like a white out area, but its definitely there. I honestly think the grey m5 looks even better. There are already two in the city.
