spotted an R8 last week in Thiruvanmiur, Chennai with the number plate R8. Any idea to whom this belongs??

A friend of mine claims to have seen a black Lamborghini in Madurai that arrived from Chennai for the CM's grandson's marriage a couple of months back. He wasn't too sure, so I dismissed him thinking that its Madurai's very own black Porsche Cayman. But now on second thoughts, it may be the same Lambo mentioned by manish.

@manish- Is the black Gallardo you mentioned a new import? Or has it been there for the last few months?

Heard that this black Gallardo Spyder is a pre-owned car from the Capital but am sure it'll soon carry its new owner's signature number... Why doesn't he buy cars in other shades?

Is the Spyder, the one with orange interior? If yes, why would ya want a Gallardo Spyder in any other color. IMO it is just "Brilliant".

Saw this Porsche Cayenne S just half-an-hour back (around 12:15pm) at TTK road - Eldams Road signal and followed it till Dr.R.K.Salai.

Actor Vikram now owns a silver/grey R8. # is also R8.

Am guessing this is the famous first day showroom sale V8 R8... pleasantly surprised to see the Panamera from one of Chennai's best garages on the road late this evening.... watch out for a dark blue Jaguar XK convertible

You can see this daily parked near the 'Julaaha' showroom down the same road. Guess it belongs to the someone from the Cholaiyil group.
