It certainly is a Land Rover Freelander 2.
It may happen that the owner has used an aftermarket badge of Range Rover instead of Land Rover on the bonnet.

Perhaps, you should either come to Adyar and see the car in person or stop nosing around pointlessly.

And i don't get how come you conclude "big ones" or "chotta ones" from a freaking low quality image.
well buddy, its clearly visible from the pic that its a Land Rover even though its low res.
secondly, there is no need to lash out at other TBHPians. what you are saying is probably what you saw, i.e, i suspect the owner might have changed the name on the hood from Land Rover to RR.
what we were trying to say is what it really is. there is no doubt that the car in your pic is the Land Rover Freelander, even though you say you saw a RR. heres some pics for reference.
Cheers!!

Guys, whats the big deal here. Obviously in its original form its a Land Rover Freelander. The owner may have replaced the Land with Range!

No point in arguing about something that is so obvious.

Ouch!! That Cayman S is sooo badly hurt. And the owner doesn't even care to cover the car? Seems like a car banged right into the rear three-quarters, hence the curtain airbags were deployed.

I know you must be knowing this but just FYI, Land Rover is the company's name so it's Land Rover Freelander 2. And Range Rover is the big hunk SUV.
No issues yaar. cheers!

Saw a black BMW GT on Spurtank Road driving in the opposite direction. The car has a nice road presence, i must say. Look out for it. Today was a really weird day for me as you can see from the pics below.
