looks like M5 style bodywork and sticker job on the 5-series to me, with the squarish side view mirrors instead of curvy ones and standard 5series wheels?! correct me if im wrong.

I pity the 5. Looks so much better stock.
Money can buy a lot, but not taste.

That 5 actually belonged to Saravana Bhavan sons(one of them, the other has got the M5).
This one actually has the Hamann logo on the right hand side of the boot lid.
You can always spot this vehicle in the Vadapalani Saravana Bhavan.

Argh! That 5er looks horrendous with those scoops and slats all over it! The skirts are nice but the spoiler (and the scoops and slats) should have been been given a miss as well.

A nice (bigger) set of wheels would have complemented the skirts better IMO. Everything else is horrible!

EDIT: Has anybody else noticed that massive gap between the left headlight/bumper and the bonnet? That's very unlike BMW. This car might have been in an accident.

I am completely agree with you, if it would have been only the skirts the car would have lookd classy.

It seems like that the bonnet was popped for opening purpose.

What a wonderful word!

Brilliant

really, this is exactly what results from boy-racer attempts to "improve" on a good-looking car: carbage.

Seems like the M Kit/Sports Package was not enough for this guy.He wanted more show and ended up becoming a no-show!.That kit replicates that of the Hamann 5 Series.

Surely a totalled car.The paintwork on the front fender is also different from the doors.
