The Lamborghini Urus SE made its global debut in April this year. The performance SUV is now available with a hybrid powertrain. It will be launched in India on August 9, 2024.



The Lamborghini Urus SE is powered by a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 engine paired with a plug-in hybrid system, producing 789 BHP and 950 Nm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system, which helps it reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 3.4 seconds, and hit a top speed of 312 km/h.



The Urus SE packs a 25.9 kWh lithium-ion battery, which allows the SUV to be driven on electric power for up to 60 km.

The Urus SE also brings in a few cosmetic changes. It has slimmer LED headlamps with a new LED light signature, a reworked front bumper, and a redesigned rear fascia with a black insert. The SUV is available with either 21-inch, 22-inch, or 23-inch wheels.



Inside, Lamborghini has given the Urus SE a 12.3-inch central touchscreen, which replaces the old 10.1-inch unit. The dashboard also gets subtle changes, including new AC vents.

This will become irrelevant as the ‘regular’ Urus (S) is no longer available to order. They closed order books earlier this year. Going forward I believe very limited Performante models will be sold and then the Urus SE will be the only one available to new buyers.

Expect a premium of 25-40% over the current pricing, which is the standard.
