Is it for sure? I mean I heard that nos. like PRJ XXXX were banned from getting transferred (people were rippin 'em orf from their vespas and getting 'em transferred for Swifts, etc.). But the newer nos., since when did they become non-transferable?

Not sure since when.
But new numbers are non transferable.

New numbers are not transferrable. In the old numbers, the number which someone want to transfer should be registered in the same city only then it can be transferred. I mean an Old number from Patiala can only be registered to new vehicle in Patiala and it is also required to be paid. Like PIC 6, PAJ 6, PAG 6 etc. Numbers like PIC 976 can not be transferred.

Here in Delhi an old number can be transferred to a new vehicle but the older vehicle which was bearing the number originally has to be sold/declared as scrap.

Love the Rav4 but in pink ? I totally dont get it . The rims I feel are way too bling also.
Wish we had some daytime photos .

Yeah dont think so this is 55 AMG .AFAIK slk55amg had twin exhaust pipes on each side and also the rims are after market in this one .
