i ve never seen such a import stopped by the police.

maybe its because of the black tint on the rear windows.

It is not standard from the Factory. If it were it would have all glasses Tinted like the S class or the BMW's. None of my friends Bentleys have tinted glasses and they have come from the factory. The rear window tints on this car are film and not tinted glass.

I don't know if the tint was from factory but this was confirmed to me buy a traffic police guy that the rear passenger windows can have jet black tints too. It' the front driver side, front passenger and, the front and the rear windshield that can be tinted to a lesser limit.

The guy was most probably pulled over because he most probably skipped the red light. It's not exactly a red light point there. It's traffic lights incorporated into a round about which can be a bit confusing.

Whoops, my bad. Guess we are used to getting fully loaded cars. But they are tints and not filming , as you said. I quote Bentley's website, as this is a 'Privacy Glass' :

Designed specifically for the rear cabin of the Continental Flying Spur.
Translucent panels, created using a special tinting process provide maximum privacy and comfort for all passengers in the rear seats.
