Yes IIRC there are 14-16 Phantoms in India. Maverick can give the concrete figure though.

Sorry Mavs, your statement above"and the car gave an astonihing consumption of 11.4 km/L.." can mislead a lot of people!!
what the on board comp is showing is--- the consumption AT That Moment at the constant speed of 84.8kmph! . So it is no way the average consumption as we normally understand. its more the economy rate displayed at any moment. the average would be the say you did a fill and did 100 kms. and did a refill and saw what the consumption was. on some cars it also shows the average economy rate which is the real consumption.[ unless you are saying that 315 kms have been covered and the average consumption for this 315 kms is 11.4!!]
In other words open the throttle full and you'll see a dismall 2kmpl showing on the comp!
I hope I have clarified.

ofcourse scooby.. it is the consumption at that particular time.. but still the car showing such figure was unseen/unheard of!! anyways.. the car was showing an consumption of 9 Kmpl to 11 kmpl..

Guys ther was a vintage rolls in the atria showroom in Mumbai sum days back..Guess why it was ther..had seen it during the opening of the showroom also..will posts the pics shortly..and BTW whtaver happend to that red and Silver Phantom that was to be in Mumbai?

The vintage RR in Atria was indeed an old old (30's maybe) RR Phantom... Immaculate condition!

Are you referring to the red & white phantom that was at the Speed Run?

Yes treetribe that one is a masterpiece in itself..
and am talking abt the new Phantom for Mumbai..the one with that red and silver combination..the pics of whihc are posted a lil while in this same forum.it also says that it belongs to a guy who is buying it for some promotional purpose...

I think its a sick thing to do to a majestic car like that. If its for promotional purposes for a specific item, then keep it that way. One look slike a dodo head driving in one of these which scream of the promotion and the name of the product, since its decalled all over the car....very ugly i must add.

iv seen 3 phantoms in delhi, 2 silver,(one with british plates) and today i saw what i think was a light blue, it was in the opposite carriageway and was gone in a flash. all seen within a kilometer of my house.
