hey the black jag pic in v12s post is frequently spotted at the Essar building in mahalakshmi .....while the red car pic is definitely a jag and is parked at the HP pump on peddar road

Dude the red car is not the one at the HP Pump . The HP pump has a maroon Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign with twin headlamps. Been around in it... awesome car

Godrej's Jaguar XJR in Mumbai

Saw this one in front of the godrej office near sterling.
The driver first didnt let me take pics but after i chatted him up he allowed me to.

Thanks Adhish. Nice pics. But, that's definitely not an XJR. It's either an XJ8 or an XJ6. I've seen this car, but not closely. You can tell the difference by looking at the radiator grille. The XJR has a meshed grille.

Looks more X-type than XJ.......the bonnet is too short for an XJ and the grille is almost definitely X-type.

No dude. It's an XJ alright. I've seen this car many times on the road. Anyway, it's the same car as the one in the earlier pics.

Buddy, excellent find. However, I don't think that's an XJS. To my recollection, it's either an XJ6 or XJ8 with a Sports package, consisting of the 20" rims, or then it's an XJR, but I have my doubts on the latter as the grille doesn't appear meshed.
