Here's a BMW E36 that's advertised on our classifieds as a '98 UK Spec M3 Evo! Can anyone confirm if its the real deal. Looks more like a 325i with aftermarket bits.

Its a 325i but with all those aftermarket parts, it looks like a 70 year old supermodel who went for a plastic surgery that went bad!

It is actually owned by fellow bhpian @adilkhan5, he can clarify more.

There are posts somewhere on the forum (if I recall correctly) where the M3 claim was disputed as well, and there was absolutely no consensus on this being an M3.:)

Every E36 M3's chassis number starts with WBS and not WBA (You can verify this information at https://bimmertips.com/verify-decode...m3-vin-number/)

However, after a quick search for the registration number on Vahan lol::

I believe this is not an actual M3 but a regular 3 with an M3 engine - I remember Adjlkhan mentioning it somewhere. Please correct if wrong.

Would anyone happen to know if there are any nice e36/ e46 BMW's on sale at this point? I know a lot of us are looking for the same.
I'm open to not just the m variants but also the 28i or 30i.
I found a couple of 316i online.
Can you guys tell me how they fair? Would be be good to drive or very underpowered?

If i remember correctly, there used to be a few E46 325Ci convertible models in India which had a soft top convertible and a seperate hard top.
Does anybody here know of any such model for sale ?

Hello, looking for a e36 sedan. I don't mind event the smaller 316 and 318 engines. As these cars have become increasingly rare any help would be appreciated.
