That merc looks very nice!
Impeccable condition!
And hats off to your friend who has such good skill!
Looks like the owner of that car has not lost it in sheer madness of today's machinery and has decided to age her well.
Kudos! to the owner...

It's seems both Merc & Beemer are in full pace. When Merc put a goal, Beemer also put one by launching the first 5er GT. Here are the first set of photos I just recd. More photos await.

@hanmust: I was talking about the Fintail Merc. The E-coupe is nice too. and you're welcome.. the GT doesn't look good. Looks like a squashed 7-series!

Oh wow ! I totally love the GT. It looks the part ,its practical and its exclusive also. Look at the amount of boot space the GT can accommodate. Terrific thing this car is.Love the interiors too.

The GT looks so boring and its much more pointless than the X6. X6 can turn heads, this cant even do that. The rear design is too dull. What's the use of those screens at rear when there isn't any space to sit! Seems like BMW lost to Merc in the coupe game. Hani, have you got any pics of the front of the car? Is this a customer car?

@arjun: the gt is a brilliant car if you are going to chill at the rear, if you want to drive it, then its not for you!
@anand123: what are you saying? the rear has loads of space IMO i would get that instead of a 7er.

sat in the display car when i went with a friend to ge the 330i. The car in the pictures looks dull and boring but in actual is quite a head turner. Put this on stilts and you have a similer car to the X6. The space in the rear is more than sufficiant, you can get lost. Like pointed out by Jagxf this has more space than the current 5 series and second to the 7 series. The screens perform a different function and have nothing to do with seating space, they are on the headrest so no space lost there. BMW GT is not in the league of the Mercedes coupe, both have there own markets. Two door is a two door and four door can never replace that. This looks to be a display car and not a customer car.

The 5GT boot loading space looks too small in comparison to the boot size. They should have had a dual opening function like the Superb, would make it easier to use the boot space better.

It does have a dual opening function, doesn't it?

I remember watching a video where it did.

In my humble opinion this car completely pointless, it looks UGLY just like the X6. I would rather prefer a proper station wagon or Saloon 5 and the regular X5 this one in my opinion is an oddball one which will just have some novelty sale and no real number = "just want to be different car"

I second your opinion, I'd rather buy a 5 series station wagon than this!

Hottest Carnet import of the season - Plymoth Powler Roadster! This was spotted & shooted by my young friend Behram from Cochin @ the exhibition at Kaloor Stadium premises.

OMG! What was the owner thinking when he put on that ferrari sticker! There are probably more Ferrari's in India that this thing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the only one in India. Well... I guess that tells us a lot about the owner.
