I saw mammootty coming in a new m-class in a new film. Its not his, so it may be some his friends' car.

In which movie U saw it? What was the colour? If its grey, then it'll be Kel__'s car, he used to give his most cars for cine-shooting. I've seen his 7 is Dileep's movie 'Chakara Muthu', Lexus in Mohanlal's movie (dont remember the name) & some one told me that his earlier S was also there in some movie.

Mohanlal has ordered a M-class for him, but not yet took the delivery.

Ya, somany famous Jweller are now from Kerala & most of them have a good collection also.

Kalyan Jwellers: a Merc GL, VW Tourage, LX470, Pajero, Elantra & Q7 (which is used by his brother who handles Kalyan Silks)

Malabar Jwellers: Five of the directors use new S320CDIs (2-white, 1-carneal red, 1- silver & 1-black), 2/3-CRVs, 3-4 Lauras, Swifts, etc.

Alukkas Jwellers : there are many brothers & they have S350, E280 CDI, LX 470s, Monteros, etc. The one brother in Calicut has ordered a new S320 CDI (black). One of the guy in the group has imported the Smart on carnet scheme.

Josco Jwellers: from my best knwoledge (Correct me if am wrong) new S320 CDI, CLS 320, new Land Cruiser, Beetle & also had a Caynne S (which is there at Chiriyath for sale). Its heard that he has ordered a 650i.

Bhima: got a new S320 CDI (carneal red) couple of Accords, Superb, Laura, (brothers), etc.


Updates on news cars to Calicut: Four new S320 CDI (2-blacks, a carneal red & a white), 3/4 5-series (one is 530d), 2-730Ld, Q7, H3 (that too for a Jweller) and some C-classes.

Spotted this new Land Cruiser V8 at TVM Club last month or so... It was a LHD with Dubai plates.. Its from Kollam and belongs to a very famous guy, i guess

Comes with remote start as well..

@Hanmust-I have seen a 90's merc with amg logos quite often here in tvm,checked out in reg site,found out it belongs to Kalyan.

Spotted a black merc c220 cdi with avantgarde grills today on byepass,also had spotted a new BMW 525d in front on sreekumar theatre few days back.

Spotted this old ML 270 CDi at Kovalam today.

I dont care who's car it is, but how do they allow a car with Dubai plates to run on the roads here in India? For starters, the original Dubai plates have to be returned (or removed, if you've bought the number) when the car is exported, replaced instead by BLUE Export Plates.

This chap has probably put his dubai plates back on here in Kerala. Cheap show-off!
