This is something not seen on any Avanti's spotted so far in India.

The tail and head lamps on the delivered cars are different from the ones on the showcase cars. I remember reading somewhere that they would eventually be replaced.
On another note, the Avanti already has water leak issues.

Spotted a monte carlo blue M5 near Kundanoor this evening. It was TN registered. Could this be Dulquar's M5 or is it a regular 5 with kit and a paint job ? Could not take a picture since the car passed me in the opposite direction

You will see more such cars registered outside of state now with tax rates in Kerala at 33% for imports costing 15 lacs and more.

Exactly my thoughts mate! It was the first thing that caught my attention when I saw it from the top floor. Couldn't manage front or interior shots as the car was already leaving by the time I got down. The rear was my biggest gripe about the Avanti, especially after seeing all those pics. In flesh, it does look pretty good though.
