Doesn't looks one bit like the TT owner of anyone from his family. Moreover, Anif mentioned in his post, it's got a black roof.

HH Uthradam Thirunal Marthandavarma with an RR Phantom at Kowdiar Palace which was to be gifted to him. But he humbly denied the gift, but on insistence , he agreed that he'd use the car for a single day and return it.

Is this the Bangalore Phantom? IIRC Bangalore also has a white HR 16 registered Phantom.
EDIT: Just confirmed the registration plate of the Bangalore Phantom. Its HR 16 E **** so most probably its the same car.

Most probably, yes. Cos this was gifted to the Maharaja by a B'lore based businessman, some Reddy. It was in the local dailies.
