The first ever A8 to be sold by the Audi Kochi! Even though A8 is not a exotic machine, it's only the second one to hit the road of Kearala, hence I post it here. It was snapped almost a month back, but till now the dealer was not able to find a buyer for it! Anyway its said that LeMeridian is thinking to add this one to their guest limos fleet!

this is a beautiful piece of machinery, even though it does not have the snob appeal of other german marques, A8 is all aluminum(read..no rustand permanent AWD, very conservative lines, not a big status seeker.. I'm not surprised its a not at all a big seller in India.
How much is the retail? is this a diesel?

hanmust - great images of a8! i've seen ur g-wagen a week back from nh-bye-pass on my way to air port.

from calicut i saw a silver merc ml & a un-regd volvo xc90 (grey). also saw a white cayenne & black s320 together at airport.

from cochin saw a white new 7 and a silver range rover, both having '1' regn no.

Ya dude, it was me & you might also have seen the ML 320 also from the same area!

I've also seen the XC90 couple of times from the city! It's the first XC90 to hit Calicut.
