I spotted the 'caravan' of "Dragoman Overland" coduct tour operator from Cochin..its build on a 80s Mercedes Truck Chassis..the one I spotted is just 4x2 cofiguration..Its interesting to go through their wen site Adventure Travel, Adventure Holidays, Overland Travel with Dragoman

So Far so Good----Early morning on my way after taking my doggie for a walk I noticed a spaceship(a wee bit exaggeration ...forgive me , human instinct) next to my house ,
On enquiring I came to know that a family from france had been travelling in this from .....yeah right ....France and they were on their way to Kanyakumari.After having a brief chat with the guy (forgot his name, blame my partially working brain during early morning) I came to know that they were just on a trip to Discover the world and they need to head back to France by August so they really werent sure how far they were going to go .
He was using HP's smart phone (u can see that in one of the pic) which has GPS built into it but sadly the maps were of very little use and its nowhere close to the reality except for some places. I told him about our community , he then enquired a bit about the place . I needed to get back home soon as I was getting late so had to end the conversation there.Here are a couple of snaps I had taken , by the way Defender really looks great(read macho or manly) in this guise .

Hey..i had a chance to spot this monster at Hiranandani once but couldnt click snaps.Spoke with this guy & he told me the same about his tour.

Spotted this ML270 CDI at Hotel Maharani last day wen I went to pick up a guest..wen I enquired about the car, I was told that its owned by some cinema team who is camped at the Hotel..the guy hinted about a famous star of Malayalam..but I'm not sure..3-4 cinema shootings is progressing in and around Callict..

good to see film stars with ML's instead of the lexuses, prado's etc..nice color as well.
