Thats a Toyota Ceres, spotted quite a few of them in Mumbai. I also saw one with twin exhausts.
What has Prokennex got to do with that Green animal ? I thought Prokennex manufactures badminton & tennis rackets.

The chrysler which I mentioned in this threasd some time before is being purchase3d by the jweller group in thrissur , also saw a brand new bimmer in his portico
NOt any import or exotic, but a rare & interesting one, a stretched Ford Endevour. Spotted it last day out of Taj Hotel, when I enquired about it with the driver, he told there is no enough place to park it inside the hotel. Its owned by a central minister, but he was carrying his brother that time. This one is normally kept at Chennai & used to bring to Kerala for any function or for guests. He also told its very difficult to drive it around both in Cehnnai & in Kerala. Personally I don't like these limosines.
Sorry for poor photo quality, there wasn't enought light due to the power-cut.
When four German marque met! A rare sight to spot all the four major German brands to be together - Porsche Cayenne, Audi A4, BMW 530d & Mercedes 300GD. Snapped it when we friends meet at evening.
nice pic hanmust. all top germans brand and all white .
how old is that Galendewagen? Even though rudimentary, its built like a tank.. Does it still have the original diesel engine.. I'm curious, when/who imported to India? UN? foreign consulate? Its def. is the odd one out in era&value w/ the rest of the brood.. still a timeless classic!!
what a sight!! looks like india is colony of the germans!
looking at the way germans are selling their cars in india i always wondered why americans never thought of selling their high end brands in india?
it just shows how neglegent the americans were
hay hanmust, isn't at cherooti road? i've also seen the three execpt the merc g. i was passing through there.
i reached calicut a few days back after a long gap for marriage of my cousin. i saw these cars.
i was said by my another cousin whos is car dealer that this 730ld is not bought through dealer, but imported. the wheels are standard one.
q7 & lexus together at beach.
i also saw a lot of new s-classes, 5-series, e-class, pajeros, etc. during 4 days saty in the city. but very few 3-series & new c-classes. also saw a new landcruiser in front of a jwellery.

Thank you, its 1989 model, brought to the country by British consulate, also used by Maurishuis embassy & then by an exporter in Delhi. Yah, its very solid & build to last vehicle.
