Lamborghini Huracan RWD Spyder launched at Rs. 3.45 crore Lamborghini has launched the rear-wheel drive Huracan Spyder in India at a price of Rs. 3.45 crore (ex-showroom, India). It was globally unveiled at the Los Angeles Motor Show last year and marks the fourth variant in the Huracan line-up. The convertible supercar comes with a soft top roof that can be closed and opened within 17 seconds, even when the car is moving at speeds of up to 50 km/h.
Powering the rear-wheel drive model is the same 5.2-litre V10 engine that does duty in the coupe variants. It generates 572 BHP and 540 Nm of torque. This power is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The RWD Huracan Spyder is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds, which is 0.2 seconds slower than the AWD Huracan Spyder. Additionally, the RWD Spyder's top speed is 319 km/h, as compared to the AWD model's 324 km/h.
Apart from the soft top roof, the Huracan RWD Spyder also gets some other design elements that differentiate it from its AWD sibling. These include a new front bumper with larger air intakes and new 19-inch Kari alloys shod in Pirelli PZero tyres. Link to Team-BHP News |
