Spotted Holden Zafira on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road today..
Looks very ugly IMHO

There's one in Bangalore, and I've managed to get my hands on it. Low-end torque is unbelievable, and build quality is like that of the early Astras. It would easily beat the Baleno in in-gear pulls.

According to Auto India, the car was supposed to have been launched a few years back. Wonder what happened?

yup .. very true. It was supposed to be launched as Opel Zafira. It was being tested by ARAI in pune 3 years back if i remember correctly. Some guy staying near Vanaz Factory used to drive it around - havent seen it since last 1 year.

I remember seeing it 4-5 years back in Mumbai where it had no badges. A blue one and a faint green

I believe this is the same one - GJ registered beige colored Holden Zafira.

I guess Holden and Vauxhall Zafira are the same?

Travelled in a Vauxhall Zafira during my UK trip and the comfort seemed pretty good. A nice practical car.
