Found this pic on the net. Seems to be a stretched Lincoln Town Car and seized by the RTO. Can see various other stretched cars also parked alongside.

It looks like a Local Stretch Job on a Japanese Sedan (Nissan??), also other impounds too look like Chop shop job.

It looks like a chopped Ford Falcon. The car behind that is a badly chopped Tata Estate. In the background looks like a chopped Honda and next to it, a chopped Mercedes W213

I think, Even a Volvo B7R would fare better in these usability & RTO aspects.
